Everything started off really well, we were really happy to stay in a place that provided so much like laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, coffee, a few toiletries…we talked about how we would even stay here again. But then there was total radio silence from the property management on 3 different occasions that I reached out. They emailed me after the first night and I responded the same day within business hours about the pile of damp, foul smelling clothes from previous guests found in the dryer. I never heard back and then it became the weekend. I reached out again Tuesday morning and Tuesday afternoon regarding what to do with the clothes, and to get an answer about conflicting information they provided in two different binders they leave for their guests. Again, no response. The unit itself was mostly fine. The beds were comfortable and there was a good amount of pillows. There were plenty of towels for use for showering and at the pool. More food storage containers would be helpful, there were 3 very small ones for a full kitchen. The dumpster had maggots. The shower curtain liner was mildewed and needs to be replaced. That was annoying since we pay a cleaning fee on top of other service fees the property management company charges. The property management company makes it a point to say that a member of the team checks every unit after the cleaning crew is done, but I’d say that’s obviously not true if there were wet clothes in the dryer and a dirty shower curtain.
