Hotel appears to be a little older but decent. Location was great in reference to freeway access and the area was decent. A lot of fast food options if that’s what you like but in terms of dine in options you would have to drive at least 30 mins into downtown Savannah area. The fitness area was doable but needs more weight options. Breakfast was average… think they could’ve switched things up daily rather than have the same options. Price for this property was decent thru Expedia.

Everything was primarily fine, but our room smelled extremely musty. We didn’t even want to stay but it was just for a night so we dealt with it.
My stay was perfect until I was helping by stripping my bed for housekeeping till I saw old dried up blood on the mattress pad that I slept on!! Very unacceptable waiting on management to reach out
The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean. The only complaint I have is that the air conditioner fan would make a squeaking noise Everytime the air shut off.

Nothing really impressed me, the staff was kind. But i had to ask forextra towels to last 3 days, the bed sheets were changed with stained sheets, they gave us new stained sheets and we had to change them ourselves. For heaven sakes this was a Fairfield by Marriott.
Beware of the security deposit. They were supposed to put a hold on my account but actually charged my card. The air conditioner kept cutting on and off. When it was off you could hear people talking in the parking lot as well as traffic passing by the hotel. The charging my bank account rather than just putting a hold is very aggravating. Now I have to spend time going to my bank to dispute the charges.
Checked in to room with a heavy odor. Spoke with the desk who came to room and gagged when walking in. They had no other rooms available for the night and only suggestion was share my adult sons room with zero compensation. They offered to move to a different room remainder of stay. The supervisor Kayla was supposed to contact me that NEVER happened. When checking out front desk guy David claimed they checked the room found no odor and booked it to others without complaints. I asked so you are saying I am lying aling with your coworker. This hotel and service does not meet the Bonvoy standards or the standards of any ither Fairfield I have stayed at. Going forward I guess I remain loyal to Hilton.
Overall the stay was very enjoyable. Nice clean room. All the amenities advertised. The only issue was the mattresses need to be replaced. Recommended stay.
