Nice renovation, great bed!

Bed was very comfortable, that’s the most important aspect for my stay. Breakfast was average free stuff, however we ended up going across the street (walking distance) to the Toasted Yolk for breakfast. Very good!! Room recently renovated, nice, replaced most of the carpet with wood-look laminate floor. Looks nice but we could hear the people above us clomping around at night and early morning. Wonder if carpet would baffle some of that noise.

Rooms was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super nice and helpful. We booked online and 5 minutes later we got a call letting us know the elevator was broken, which I thought was nice of them to let us know before we got there in case is was an issue for us. They found us a room on the second floor. Again, all around very nice.

I liked that they updated the furniture but that’s about it. The elevator was not working, we had to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs with no assistance from the hotel. We were only advised hours after check in and we were unable to book another room in another hotel. The phone in my room was broken, the lamp in my room was also broken, the tv did not work, and there was only one person working. Our check in was a nightmare…. It took over 30 minutes because they said one of my rooms was already checked in before we arrived. The hotel never even offered anything as compensation, even though all of the issues were a result of the construction that the hotel was doing. They obviously knew about the issues well before my check in considering they commissioned the work! I Would never stay there again!!!!!!!

Gave us the wrong room then the one we had booked. Gave us a studio suite. We had booked a 1 bedroom suite which was on the 3rd floor. However, the elevators were out of service. We are seniors and 3 flights of stairs was too much. Also the room was a handicap room and ahower drain was clogged. Construction was going on on the 2nd floor. Noisy. Never again.

This hotel was close to the airport. The shuttle was quick,friendly and convenient. There are several resturants and shopping within quick driving distance. There are two gas stations just across the parking lot for snacks too. Staff was consistently helpful and friendly.

The staff was remarkable.. super friendly and helpful. The elevator wasn’t working.. but we were given a ground floor room.. which would have been wonderful had the heating/air worked which it didn’t. Due to an irregular change in temps.. our room was super chilly but there was no way to fix the problem. The night staff, who was a part time employee tried to get ahold of maintenance to no avail.. unfortunately, the only alternative was to move us to another available room on another floor. Since we can’t do stairs.. that wasn’t an option. I asked for more blankets and got them immediately thanks to the nighttime worker.. but he kept waiting for a call from maintenance that never came. We made the most of a bad situation due to great staff… but we won’t stay here again,

The staff was friendly and helpful. Appreciated the phone call ahead of check in time that the elevators were not working and i could cancel the reservation without a fee. However, we kept the reservation , were able to dine closeby, and gas up the rental car on site. Nice breakfast available on site .

Very nice … a nice ne night stay. Renovated so. Very comfortable. 3 minutes or so from the airport so very convenient. Breakfast included… the usual things but a large dining area. We enjoyed our stay
