Caribbean style resort in Florida

This was such a great stay for our family. The grounds are beautiful and it just has a nice, Caribbean vibe. We stayed in a Villa which was plenty of room for our family of 4. My only recommendation is I wish the fit pits stayed on past 11pm....they were really a nice place to relax in the evenings.

We loved the resort such a cute outdoor area with hammocks, couches, fire pits, pool, etc. the rooms were perfect a small fridge, stove, microwave, one queen bed and pull out sofa. The bathroom came with all the amenities needed. Very close to everything at Siesta Keys beaches (10minute walk or very short drive), restaurants, shops, etc

Enjoyed the room and property. Very, cute, feels secluded even though it’s close to a lot of dining and shopping. Beach is a bit tougher to reach since you’re over the bridge but an easy uber ride.

Nice baby moon spot

Adorable boutique hotel for a reasonable price. All of the staff was friendly. I was able to borrow beach chairs for the duration of our stay. They also have bikes you can borrow, but this was a baby moon so biking was a no go. The hotel is less than a mile from the beach, so walkable/bikeable if you aren’t in your 3rd trimester. It is a short drive to Siesta beach where there is a ton of free parking. The only complaint is the road noise at certain times of the day. This is due to the location of the hotel.

Enjoyed Siesta Key Palms Resort

Decided to go south for a week in the sun and found this property on hotels.com. The room was spacious with a full refrigerator and regular stove. The property grounds were well kept with two pools (one adults only). Parking was adequate and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Was able to use beach chairs and towels for the length of our stay (6 nights) There were also many food options a short driving distance away.

I liked that the property had a lot of lush vegetation, kind of made you feel tropical. The heated pool was nice, but the second pool was not heated and we did not use because of it. They did not have the bar open, not for a couple of weeks, but that was fine with us. We were close to shopping and driving access towards the beaches.
