The mattress on the bed was awful. Then the sheets on the bed had stains on them. The pillows were flat as a board. The hot tub wasn’t working at all.

***Hot Tub broken 12/28. No prior notification received from Expedia**. 1. Initial negative customer experience because of this. Either the hotel is responsible for their lack of communication with Expedia or Expedia failed in updating their hotel database in a timely manner. 2. Room 413. Near elevator. King mattress rather thin. Sporadically noisy AC/Heat unit. Nice sized TV oom. Bathroom with shower no tub, quality towels.

No hot tub. Hasn’t worked for awhile according to the front desk. Room phone doesn’t work. Internet is spotty at best. They gave us a different room that we booked and said it was Expedia’s fault for overbooking it. When asking to speak to the manager, was told they went home for the day. But thy were here the whole time.

The showers during the week was luke warm water. the water pressure would shut off about 1/2 way through. The air conditioning wasn't as cold as I would have liked it. You can hear the people slamming doors at all hours. Staff was somewhat friendly.
