Everything was great…except the bathroom in 710. It was clean and well kept but the m out was so small your knees knocked the sink on the commode and I couldn’t shave my legs the entire time e we stayed here bc the duck in talk and skinny and the shower was one person standing room only. A large person would likely not fit in this shower or bathroom. Don’t know if this was exclusive to that suite…. But there should be a warning. Other than that it was perfect and the staff was great. Highly recommend for tall thin people that don’t need to shave. Would 10/10 recommend this property with a normal bathroom.

Staff was great, room was great except for the bathroom. It was tiny. Larger people need to look elsewhere as you probably won't be able to shower or use the commode.

The room was in great condition. The bed was super comfy and furniture was great. The bathroom layout was terrible. It was tiny. Luckily we are average sized people. If you were an obese individual, you would not have been able to use the toilet or the shower.

Very clean and comfortable. Air conditioner works very well, so more blankets would be nice. No microwave. Sizable shower but small bathroom overall. Short, quiet walk to beach access.

Room was clean and nicely updated however I did not sleep well as there was a very bright light outside from the hallway that was shinning into the room all night long. Otherwise staff was super nice and excellent location. They need to dims the lights!

Very clean, newly remodeled. Only issues were the bathroom is teeny tiny! No room to move around in, at all. Can hardly sit on toilet. Shower door hits the sink. Also, the pull out couch was so new the plastic wrap was still on the mattress and we could not pull it out of the couch!! And could not get TV’s to work. That is why it received a rating of a 3.

Didnt use the pool. I believe we and some others we mislead on what we were getting and paying for. The room I paid for said it had a kitchenette. NOTHING but a wine refrigerator. No way to cook or heat anything. The drawers to the nightstands and dresser reeked of mold and mildew so bad I couldn’t store my clothes in them. 5 days living out of a suitcase. They said they would have someone clean it, they wiped the top of it off. ITS IN THE DRAWERS! The major massive downfall to me is that bathroom! My gosh! My husband is 6’3” and weighs 280 lbs. how the hell is someone of that size supposed to fit in there! The people across from us had a plumbing issue and wet toilet paper was left on the bricks after they left. AND the first morning I couldn’t take a shower because of inefficiencies! THEY HADNT TURNED THE BREAKER ON. I will never stay there again.

This was our 1st time in Anna Maria. It was a nice little beach town. The hotel was all renovated and really nice! Great location to everything. Easy walk down to the beach, and restaurants and shops super close as well. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back! 😊

Great Experience!

Haley’s Motel is still severely damaged. The company gave us a replacement room at no charge at the Bali Hai. This property was definitely an upgrade! It’s nice to do business with a responsible company!

A very nice place and reasonable price. Don’t expect it to be a standard hotel facility. The property itself is very nice. It has a very small bathroom. A kitchen and full size fridge is a plus. It has no clothes closet to hang clothes, unless you count the bloom closet/Air Conditioner closet as a clothes closet. A small setback for inconvenience, but overall I still like the property very much. The location is superb. The communication with the front desk is excellent. They responded within a couple minutes.

Poor online pictures of resprt

The first room we were checked into was just a room and a shower and toilet. The bathroom vanity was next to the bed and not really even a bathroom vanity. We spoke to the manager and she was able to move us to tropic Isle at Anna Maria which is another of their properties on the island. The only issue I really have is that the pictures on Hotels.com are of all the rooms they have available on the island and you really can't see the actual room you have reserved The web site shows you the best rooms that the resort has to offer. The property manager even agreed that that is their policy on the web. I had to upgrade for another 650.00 more for three nights which I wouldn't have had to pay if I had been able to see the pictures of the original room I reserved online
