Front desk and breakfast staff were helpful and kind. Room was excellent with big balcony and comfortable bed. Pool was great- warm enough to use in December. We enjoyed the proximity to AMI and the reserves for hiking/biking. Hot breakfast was very tasty with frittata and fresh berries as a bonus. Amazing perfectly cooked bacon. Coffee was excellent, too. We will come back!

We stayed seven nights total. Extended our stay by an additional night from this original booking. We chose to have service for the room two times during our stay but they only changed our bed linens once in the seven days. They also did not provide a total restock of toiletries on the second service and we ran out of toilet paper. I have stayed at many hotels over many years and was surprised by not having a complete reset of all of the expected toiletries and services. The breakfast set up is too small and is not staged well for efficiency. The plates and silverware are in places that do not make it easy for the flow of service and there is no instructions on how it should flow so people are just everywhere and going in all different directions. To further complicate the flow, the hot entré dishes are covered and require removing a lid at each option to serve yourself, there were five morning hot food options, five lids to remove and replace each time. Though we appreciate an option of breakfast included with a stay. I would suggest posting an entry and exit layout for the breakfast nook and heat lamps in place of lids on your entré options to help with your patron flow and ease of this self service option. All of this made for a chaotic breakfast experience when we are looking to relax and enjoy ourselves on vacation.
