1) The property does not have elevator access. 2) The provided linens were not clean. 3) The room exhibited signs of cobwebs on the ceiling. 4) During check-in, we were informed of a grab-and-go breakfast option, including muffins and juice. However, upon visiting the lobby in the morning, no breakfast items were available. After inquiring at the front desk, a muffin was provided in a paper bag, and we were informed that juice was out of stock. 5) Bathroom was not clean. Please refer to the attached photos.

This hotel is not ADA compliant. It has three floors and no elevator. Being a senior citizen. I had to haul my luggage up three stories of steps. They supposedly have breakfast included, which is not true. the picture shows what appears to be a decent breakfast when in truth the so-called breakfast there’s nothing more than a muffin and juice. On the positive side the room was decent and has been remodeled and refurbished I would say within the last few years. It is also very convenient off the Frankstown exit of I 99.

I am pretty sure it said continental breakfast was offered but only coffee was put out. I did appreciate having a coffee maker in the room and a working bathtub. Hotel was clean, quiet and in a convenient location.

Easy to find, right off the highway. Plenty of parking. Front desk staff could have been friendlier - very defensive when answering questions about the hotel and its policies. There wasn’t anyone on site to replace the batteries on a chirping smoke detector, but we were able to switch rooms. The second room was kinda run down…safe falling off the wall, literally. It was a clean property but things are worn and need replacing. I did like the fireworks show over the ballpark across the highway from the hotel parking lot . It was a nice surprise! Plenty of stores nearby. Not sure I’d return again though. The price was good but I would probably look around first before booking here again.

Degraded since last visit

Issues with checking in which the guy at the front desk was nice about and got flustered because he felt bad. They’ve removed the hot breakfast and now only offer a boxed orange juice and a muffin. Walls in the bathroom have water damage that looks painted over which is the 2nd different room I’ve had here with that. Outer quilt on the bed did not seem to be recently changed/washed as I was able to flake dried food off of it. This was my last trip using this hotel.

First room 207 had a flickering bathroom light and a urine smell, and the tv did not work, Clerk said he couldn't do anything about it. My husband suggested he relocate us which he did to room 209. There was a dried booger on the bathroom sink which I cleaned up while gagging. Room okay but neighbors in room 211 were banging around, then turned on TV at 1:30 am until 3:30 am at a LOUD volume - sounded like banging drums, or taps. I got two hours of sleep max. Walls are thin, lobby keeks from bad air freshener that does not mask cigarette smoke.

Very Disappointing Stay – low standard

I had a very poor experience at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly, and the washroom tap was loose and wobbly. The reception staff was extremely rude during check-in and refused to answer any questions, which made the experience even worse. The overall standard of the hotel was far below expectations — definitely not worth the price. Although breakfast was included, it consisted of nothing more than an old, pre-packaged muffin and a child-sized orange juice. I've never encountered such a low-quality breakfast offering before. I would strongly advise against staying at this property.

Well the website says breakfast included..i went down and there was Nothing to eat. Although the man at the desk said yes there is bkf and asked if i wanted blueberry, chocolate chip or another flavor muffin. Then proceeded to give me a muffin in a paper bag and carton of juice..not good. Also no elevators for three level hotel. Not an easy task for older adults with luggage..think super 8 can do better. Positive note room was comfy and clean..

I will never go back to this hotel ever again. The rooms were filthy, they had an odor, the staff was uneducated of what was going on with their jobs at best. My family had to deal with the noise and the people who were actually living at the facility. I will be demanding a full refund.

Apparently they have long term renters. Carpets were filthy in the hallways and in room 122. Guests chair was dirty and broken. Advertised breakfast, it was a grab and take bag with one muffin and 8 oz. Orange juice. We would never stay there again. Very disappointed
