Cobwebs and “private” balcony

The room was fine, however it was clear from the large cobweb on the light fixture and dust from on the dresser that cleaning wasn’t complete. The balcony was fine, however when the restaurant was open we were part of the dinner service with no way to actually be private from the seating. The fridge had some damage to the casing.

The Kangamagus Lodge was a great place to stay a few night. The King size bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and had plenty of pillows. The restaurant is great spot to get a bit of there are a few others around you. It's a perfect spot to stay.

Very convient location!!!! It is outdated but SO CLEAN!!!!! And the king bed we had was extremely comfy! Easy parking, bar attached with good food, pool, walkable and easy parking. Definitely reccomend.

Excellent place, rooms were clean, shower water was hot, by far the best bed ive slept in at a hotel/lodge, even had a kitty cat roaming around. Will definitely stay here again staff was excellent very homey feel to the place and the location is ideal for mountain adventures.

I liked the convenience of the location and felt comfortable as a solo traveler. I was ok with out dated look as it adds character but the beds in RM 5 both need to be replaced. They are both rock hard but one slightly better than the other! Invest in your property it will pay off in the end… this RM should not be advertised as MTN view, its a window with lots of traffic.
This was at 630am your MTN view out the window.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and it was evident the mattresses had not been replaced in many years. We had an awful night with little sleep as a result. The AC did not work properly and was very noisy, it was apparent they had not been updated in many years. No housekeeping services. My grandson was looking forward to the game room which could only be described as pathetic with two outdated games in it. Overall, I would never recommend this facility and would not return. We actually left early because it was so uncomfortable.
