I stayed 2 nights with 3 kids. Second day they did not heat the oool and did not provide pool towels. The pool is why we went! There was a snow storm. I had to take the kids across the street to get dinner. On the way back my car couldn’t make it up the hill. We were slipping backwards. I called front desk. No answer. No help!!!
