not so nice

The room was not vacuumed before we were put in it or the next day, we have to tell them to vacuum. One day they started room service and didn't finish, left and never closed our door, it was open until we returned at 11 PM. There are dead bugs in webs stuck to the ceiling and under the sink. Had to keep asking for toilet paper, tissue and towels as never enough were given. Hallway carpets worn with holes and some days not vacuumed. Cleaning staff are foreign students and have no idea what to do and spend all their working time on their phones and cannot understand what we are asking for. Carpet in our room was dirty.

My room #411 was not clean. At first glance it appears clean, but washcloth had stains as well as the bedding. I informed a female supervisor the following morning. Great location and great breakfast.

Staff was excellent, first time I’ve been to a hotel and been greeted and treated so well by everyone there. Food choices were pretty good with a walkable restaurant in a safe area. Worst part about the place was the shower was extremely slippery and the curtain was broken. Other than that it was a very good experience overall

At about 9am on Thursday morning, my husband had to report a domestic altercation to the front desk. The female was pounding on my door for help. He heard bodies slamming against the walls. My son and husband were terrified. The staff did not respond. On the third call to the desk, the police were allegedly alerted, but didn’t respond for another 45 minutes. Please call. 904-314-6426. The staff wanted to comp our stay, but couldn’t since I booked with hotels.com

Proximity to the park was great and the staff were very nice and helpful. Prime example: I was walking through the lobby, and while I was not exactly wandering aimlessly, I was still getting my bearings and one of the staff seemed to read my mind and offer up the location of two of the things it would have eventually occured to me to seek out(gym and business cetner).

I liked that the hotel was very close to cedar Park. The staff were very helpful. My only note was the parking wasn't great. It's shared with a bar which doesn't provide a great deal of actual parking spaces.

My room key didn’t work. I went back to the front desk and they told me:”Ok, you’re good now”. It still didn’t work. I plugged in the room phone and it didn’t work. The room was dirty. And breakfast was just average, which was better than the cleanliness and the staff. When I checked out the Police were there, Not surprising.
