Nice place to stay.

Everything was excellent except the hot tub had too much chlorine and breakfast was very basic, no hot food.

Bad smell came from the heater, none of the outlets worked so i had to use the USB port on the TV to charge the phones one at a time. The room looked nothing like the photo as well. The hot tub didnt work when we arrived but got fixed on our check out day so we got to enjoy that at least. The people that worked there where nice enough but thats not enough to make up for poor upkeep.

The person at the front desk continued a non-work-related conversation while I stood there and waited for her to wrap it up. I asked for early check-in and was told it would cost an additional $35. I have never been told that before and I've stayed in all kinds of hotels across the country. The facility was not as nice as advertised. You can hear everything in adjacent and the rooms upstairs. It worked for the one night but I would not stay here again.

Hotel and hottub was nice, room was very spacious bathrooms were very clean and nice showers/sink. Perfect amount of towels, most comfortable beds for hangovers lol along with 24/7 staff assistance. We had a blast coming out to Sandusky and this hotel was the icing on the cake thank you staff and property owners/ management we appreciate you guys so much keep it up !!!

Cheap for only one night.

We only stayed one night, so it was fine for the price. The desk assistant, although very nice greeted us with long hair hanging below her eyes (we couldn’t see them) and a “death metal” shirt. We didn’t actually believe she worked there. None of the vending machines worked. There was no elevator so my cousin had to struggle getting his suitcases up the stairs. Simple breakfast. Hard stale bagels. The rooms were fairly clean. No major scares. We were right next to the train tracks which ran throughout the night. Again, we would never stay for more than one night.
