Disgustingly dirty

The hotels disgustingly dirty the window seals in a pool area was so infested with dead bugs the room was Dusty TV didn't work at all they were supposed to send somebody up they call me at 1:30 in the morning we're in the bed sleep the rugs in the hallway were disgustingly filthy outside of the doors was dirty the whole hotel was just dirty

Had black mold on ceiling, no room available to move too. The room smelled musty and terrible. We had to buy air fresheners just to bare the stay. Air conditioning unit kept turn on and off all night making it unbearable to get a good nights sleep. Water in jacuzzi tub was cloudy, comforters had black stains on them, small holes in ceiling, trim was missing by the jacuzzi, coffee area trash wasn’t changed.

The outside pool was nice but the inside pool Was freezing cold and there were no lights on inside. It was crowded and noisy and alot of unaccompanied minors in the hot tub throwing ice cubes and cold water in.

Having an option of indoor or outdoor swimming was great. Lots of sitting area by the outdoor pool. The breakfast area is way to small for that many guests. It definitely needs more seating! The bed was not very comfortable. Also I found a Starbucks drink in my room from 2 weeks prior (it was behind the chair) so I think it’s safe to assume the cleaning staff has been slacking or just lazy. When I told the front desk they just said “oh.”

The rooms smelled so musty its awful. The carpet and beds are permanently damp super sick. The pools are nice however the hottub water was colder then the pool water the heater must not ve working. Water level was allmost below the jets. We use to stay here about 10 years ago amd it was so much better. They must have stopped putting money back into the hotel. Would not stay again

The staff was very quick at check-in and accommodating any issues we had. Our microwave didnt work at first but they sent someone to replace it right away. The indooe and outdoor pool with hor tub was amazing and the breakfast was decent. Only issue was it was very busy and some options were limited at breakfast and the staff pulled stuff as soon as it was almost done so people who were in there couldnt get anything else after the time was done. But overall great place for kids and not too far from Cedar Point.

It was ok.

It wasn’t bad, room was really musty. Like a soggy basement stench. Seems like it had moisture and had been closed up for awhile. rooms seemed clean there was construction, outside pool was closed.
