There was no hot water. The water was cold& barely warm my entire stay. I stayed Monday- Saturday. It smelled like weed a lot in certain areas. The parking lot was icy& never very clean or salted properly. Small children ran up and door my hallway, screaming and chasing each other. And dogs barked throughout the night. And one point I think 2 dogs were either barking& growling at each other, or another person. It was overall terrible. I will never stay there again or recommend to anyone else. I was so disappointed and unhappy.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Could use a few more pillows and towels per room but the staff were able to get us what we needed.

First morning no hot water for my shower. When I returned to hotel after 7:00 pm I had to move to another room. Prior to that stay the TV did not work the first night and late the next day I had to switch rooms. Last week I had a family emergency the morning of my check in and I tried to get the hotel to help me out with my two reservations I needed to cancel, but no response. I’m a regular because I travel for my job. Not sure I want to pay for inconveniences.
