The property is in bad shape, the furniture very old and damaged. Staff very concerned

Excellent resort. Comfortable beds and rooms. The pool was really well laid out with spaces for families and couples alike. The restaurants were excellent. Buffet breakfast was so fresh and well stocked. Cocktails were delicious. The beach is beautiful. Unfortunately the water was a bit rough during our stay, so we mostly stayed by the pool. We would love to return in the future.

Pool needs to be clean. Personnel needs to be kind, work with a smile and good attitude. The hotel is beautiful. The room is comfortable. The view is amazing.

I booked the room for 2 nights. The first night room was clean.the second night no towels,garbage,coffee,tea,and water.there’s a nice size pool.the breakfast buffet was excellent The front desk staff was polite

The stay was great. The Staff was great, the lagoon beach west of the hotel was awesome and safe. Condado beach was red flagged as unsafe and one life was lost during our week there. The persons went in the water at dusk. Red flags and signs said not to go in the water. This hotels lagoon beach was a god send, safe and the pools ect as well. perfect stay.

Couldn’t check in until 1.5 hours after I was supposed to. They don’t tell you anything so it was hard to find the parking and anything else we needed. Wouldn’t stay there again, but it could’ve been worse
