I had to check out after just one night, even though I had paid for four nights. The room was extremely dirty—the walls had visible stains, the towels were soiled, and every surface I touched felt oily and unhygienic. To make matters worse, there were two homeless individuals staying in the room next door, which resulted in loud disturbances throughout the night. When I left the next morning, there was trash and wet towels scattered on the ground outside my door. Management seriously needs to improve both housekeeping standards and overall property security.

I would give this room a solid too. Thank god it was just for the night. First of all, pulling up it looked sketchy as hell and nothing like the pictures. The lady was on her phone the whole yelling at whoever was on the phone while trying to help me. Mid way the service phone rang and she answered. There was a very concerned women on the phone saying that there was a lot of banging and yelling going on in the room next door and was scared for her safety. The front desk lady proceeded to ask what she wanted her to do about it. Like hmmm maybe idk GO DEAL WITH IT AND CHECK TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE OK. Anyways I walk to my sketch ass room alone as a girl. Get to my room to flick the light on. It doesn’t work. So I close the door and lock it trying to find any lock that works. The only one that works was the bathroom light. I go and investigate the bed and it was clean but there was a couple stains. I definitely did not feel safe as a young women but I had to sleep and get through the night. So if ur only staying for 24hrs this will be fine but if ur a women ask for the second floor not the bottom cause there’s no security whatsoever to make you feel safe.

I had to be moved three times because the TVs did not work one room, head, paint, cans, somebody’s work shoes, and a bunch of other stuff like somebody was staying in the room prior to me going in there. It’s not very clean in the rooms. They are remodeling. They need to make sure they don’t put guests in the room. It’s not ready.

Please wait until this facility upgrades before staying. They are in process, but right now it seems unsafe. Our door knob came off locking us in the room until we put it back together.

Room smelled funny! You couldn’t sit on the couch, it was broken! Toilet ran nonstop. Burn marks all over furniture and edge of bathtub. Room was dirty overall… paint peeling, scuff marks all over every wall. Power outlets were broken, lamps didn’t have lightbulbs. TV remote had tape over batteries, batteries were dead. TV didn’t turn on.
