We had a terrific stay! The staff was so friendly and kind. It's actually really nice to talk to people since we spend so much time on our phones anymore. At check-in, we had a nice conversation with the woman at front desk. My son chatted with the pool maintenance man, Joe. He was super nice to my kiddo. The breakfast was hot and honestly, delicious!

I checked into your hotel after getting out of the hospital for heat stroke. I collapsed in your hotel. The dark haired girl at desk basically got me to bed. Then I also was in a really difficult situation w a broken down rental car and an inept rental co. Enterprise. Your staff was put thru last minute decisions. The rental co backed out of their promise for paying my bill. To the rental car co making me leave at 3 pm. W no car and no decision til after the last second. me Your front staff was stressed and stretched thin but held their professionalism took care of my needs. I am sooo sorry to have made my mess theirs.

Pro: Room was clean and updated. Convenient location off Rt 50. Con: Could not figure how to get hot water in shower. None of staff knew how controls worked. Maintenance tried to fix on 2nd day but made it non-adjustable and water became too hot.

Loved the property, Lindsay at front desk was awesome and was impressed that after a long drive that Dennys was right there to get something to eat. Plenty of parking, property was clean. Plan on using it again when I travel home.

It was okay, but some things weren't so great in the room, like rust in the bathroom and outlets not working. The breakfast wasn't so great, lukewarm with soggy eggs. The breakfast room to eat in was very small, we took the food back to our room. I expected more for the price of the room.

Extra fee

There is no way that I would give a good review to a hotel that charges me extra upon check-in for “maintenance and that kind of thing”. I prepaid the room and then got charged unexpectedly extra. Stay somewhere else where they don’t rip you off.
