The room I booked was a king with a sofa bed I was given a room with only a king bed. Despite best westerns efforts to make it right they had no rooms available and ultimately couldn’t do anything.

The room was old feeling 1985 and the shower head was installed in the same time and dirty. The cleaning service busted into our room and thought it was empty and that we got moved to another room. The saving grace for the hotel was the morning staff who served breakfast. The pictures are deceiving as the hotel is under construction and in my opinion not a great location.

The location is convenient just off the Interstate. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Our only negative is that the handicap rooms should be available with two beds.
