Outside look of hotel was trashy looking. Holes in wall inside bathroom. Sheets looked slept on. Comforter had black stain asked for towels 3 times before finally received
Staff wasnt very friendly. Price of room was too much for how it looked
The beds were gross and not really able to sleep in them. Slept on the top of the comforter. Smoke detector was hanging by a wire. Holes in the wall and warped floor in the bathroom. Mattress were filthy. Missing outlet covers and mold behind the door. Staff did not want to bother with any of it.
This place is disgusting. I will NEVER stay here again. Did not even stay in the room. I understand why they don't offer cancellations or refunds bc as soon as you open the door and that smell of crack, ass, and mildew hits you, you want a refund.
I had booked my room a week in advance. Whe I arrived, they said all the rooms were booked except for 4 rooms that had no working showers. I said that was okay, but when we went to check into the room, everything was dirty and left unclean the beds looked like someone slept in them and nobody came to turn the room over after. I would never stay at this hotel. I would rather sleep in my car.
It was cozy, the temperature only got up to 62° even though the thermostat was set to 80° and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was such a god-awful noise that I didn't even want to turn on the light.
No housekeeping, room is very run-down, hotel is more of a residential halfway house for homeless. Did not feel safe, neighbors are always smoking pot and its a strong stench that filters into the room.
Filthy smh. I was so embarrassed to have my children stay in such nastiness. We had to go to the store and spend $30 on cleaning supplies and clean everything just to make it through the night. Stains on the sheets and not enough clean towels. Front desk said we had to wait for morning when housekeeping came in so we had to sleep on dirty sheets for the night. Disgusting! Stains on the bed skirt. Chairs were nasty and full of crumbs and old debris. Trash on the floors behind the furniture and in corners. Bathroom was poorly cleaned. Old coffee left in the maker. I could've taken so many more pictures but I was busy cleaning and mopping floors smh. Never again
Well toom 128 was next to my room and the police and fire department were there 3 times throughout the night . An elderly lady kept yelling for someone to call the police so we did. The TV did not work , the room had holes in the walls and NO phone, fridge or microwave. The sheets had hair on them . Not blankets just a thin hospital type blanket. Very dark and scary , red roof sign isn't lit so you will pass it up at night. It's very unsafe here.
