The Hotel is what you expect for a “pet Friendly” hotel. The hotel was not as dirty as some reviews made it out to be. It is a pet friendly motel, so there are things that are noticeable compared to a hotel that doesn’t allow pets. I rented two rooms. There was 5 of us with one dog. One room seemed cleaner than the other ( one smelled like a pet deodorizer was used in it), both rooms had clean sheets and clean bedding.
My room did have a dirty hand towel in it, but that was all.
The hot tub was down for maintenance, and the pool was particularly cloudy. I am not sure if that was because of the fact that the water was warm or if it was because the filter was not operating properly.
Either way, I did not go in because I was unsure if it was safe, because of the hot tub, not working. Unfortunately, that was one of the reasons why I booked that hotel, was because there was a pool and a hot tub. We did not find out that the hot tub was not working until after we checked in, because I might have decided not to stay there.
I don’t get many days off, and I would like to spend it doing the things I would like to do and unfortunately, I was not able to do that at this hotel.
Overall, for the price, the hotel was OK.
