You get what you pay for. We chose this place for the cheaper rate so we can't be too picky. The place, overall, was average. Front desk person courteous but clothes were dirty. And messy area behind the counter. The pool and hot tub was the best part of our stay. The room was ok, but room was hot when we got there and it took forever to cook it down. The chirp chirp of car alarms, noisy mufflers, and back up beeps were no fault of the hotel but they were hear all night long. We did not get a restful night of sleep. The complimentary breakfast was sloppy and unattractive so we did not partake in that.

1. Tub dripped loudly all night and needed a good cleaning 2. AC unit made noises (sounded like paper blowing in unit) 3. Floors were dirty (hadn't been mopped)

could have been cleaner

I was almost charged twice because she didnt know what she was doing. I checked in on my phone and she tried to have me rewrite everything but i told her i already gave my info and she couldn't check because she didnt have the password. So she said she would just believe what i said. Parking wasnt great, very small, hard to maneuver. The bathroom was not clean. The floor wasnt swept and i found chocolate under the bed in pieces. We slept comfortable and check out was perfect time. It was quiet so that was good.

The hotel ice machine was broken, pool and hottub were dirty and unkept. It seems like there is illegal activity going on there as there were cars coming and going all night long!

Under construction, not ready for guests.

I understand that this property is undergoing renovation, however the room we stayed in should not have been rented out in such poor condition. There was toilet paper stuffed in holes in the walls! The beds were clean but the bathroom was unacceptable. We were worried that the shower curtain bat was going to fall on us!

The pool was totally green with Algae and they said it was ok to swim!! No way i would get in that nasty water. Night shift person at the desk said she just turns off the pumps and it just goes to the bottom!!! The laundry room is disgusting, dirty, smells. The only ice machine is located in the laundry and doesnt work!! The room- the floors are dirty and sticky, the tub is disgusting, the linens are so dingy and atained and i was told they use NO detergent! I have photos but cannot upload

Hotel won't refund a day early checkout

I needed to check out a day early due to a change in my work circumstance. I checked out at 7AM, well before check out time. Hotel stated they are not willing to refund the second day. Poor management decision will result in a loss of future stays.
