We enjoyed our stay here. All though a bit noisy until 10 PM, we understand it's an indoor waterpark, which our kids really enjoyed, so we were fine with it.

It was horrible, servi cc e was horribl e staff was rude and after being told i can check in that it wasnt too early i was told to wait that i couldnt chexk in til noon. At 12:45 pm i was told my room wasnt ready and that i cpuldnt check in til 4pmi i dosed off on the couch in the lounge tired from an alreasy long ass day i woke up tio a worker telling me my reservation was cancelled and they wanted me to leave. I was very upset and i told them i needed to tty to make kther accommodations then ill be on my way . The worker said i had 10 minutes then before 10 minutes was up i had police officers walking up to ne and telling me i had to leave the property and i couldnt return. It was a very humiliating situation. I did absolutely nothing to deserve Being treated the way i was treated and with no explanations of why

This was my second time in this place, the first time was good that’s why I went back but this second time was bad because the air conditioning wasn’t working well and was making loud noises and couldn’t let us sleep, then my daughter and I had a lot of bed bugs bites. Overall I think the place this more maintenance and cleaning.

The carpet areas throughout the motel needs to be vacuumed, even in the room I stayed in. There was pieces of stuff all over the hallways, candy wrappers and things like that laying in the carpeted areas. The game room stairs were dirty, needed vacuumed. I stayed for 2 nights and no one vacuumed anywhere. The family restroom door doesn't lock.

Meh.

The hotel is a bit run down and dirty in places. Our room was reasonably clean but throughout the common areas we saw rusty fixtures from the humidity, dirty caulking etc. The carpeting was in poor condition. Bathroom floors near the pool were usanitary (sopping wet with pool water and urine.) The pools were super crowded, largely unmonitored, and the water was dirty enough that you could not see the bottom in 3'6" depth. Someone's phone was stolen. Adults were served til they were drunk enough to have slurred speech. When we went to the vending machines around 11pm, it felt unsafe with random people milling about and smelling of weed. The best part was that i was charged for the room twice. Upon checkout I was told that, "if it didn't get charged back within two weeks to call back," so I was charged over $300 for what was supposed to be a >$150 reservation. My daughter had fun in the pool, but we won't be back. I sincerely hope we don't get foot fungus or worse.

The property was decent you can tell its a little out dated, staff was helpful and nice. My room was except i was right by the door to the entrance and could hear people coming in and out. Also the toilet water was running constantly which was a little annoying because the sound to be fair im sure i couldve gotten another room i didnt ask because i was barely in there.

Shampoo was out, door didn't close on own, 1 light wouldn't work, HATED the square pillows, took forever to get hot water in shower, over HALF the TV channels received no signal, I mean, it worked but I would choose another next time

The place was fine for a night away to burn energy for kids. Could use major updating. Black mold was on the ceiling in the room & also in the pool area. The people hired to watch the pool area were terrible. They seemed very unhappy & acted like they hated their job. Big kids were scaring little kids and I had to yell at them more than once. The attendies just ignored it and didn't care. They saw it and acted like it never happened. Another mother and grandmother left with their kids because of this! The seating was very limited. I believe they were having birthday parties and they took up all the eating tables. They used those tables all night just to sit and drink at. Good luck if you want to order food in. You will be sitting on the floor to eat it.
