The room was very dusty. Maybe the 3rd floor is not used much. The exercise room was very small not like the pictues. 1 treadmill, 1 bike and and stair stepper. The bed was pretty hard. The bathroom only had 1 light and it was not bright, good thing I do not wear makeup!

Very basic hotel. No water in the room. Could not check in early because I wasn’t a Best Western Rewards member. It wasn’t full, the room was ready. Rarely somebody at the front desk. Went for breakfast at 9:30. Done- no breakfast. Workout room minimal- literally 3 sets of weights, no water, bit dingy.

Upon arriving to the room the temperature was 87 degrees. We turned on the AC to 68 and when we woke up it was still 77. Breakfast set up was poor. Staff informed us they were missing food items they typically have and they had no plates.
