Pet Friendly Accommodation in Rueil-Malmaison

Great location next to cafes, metro station and key attractions (Notre Dame, The Louvre).

Near airport but food disappointing, lacking staff, TV had to be adjusted, NEED a gym on site! Where’s the friendliness? Not like two years ago.

Nice hotel, clean, and well maintained Food in Resteraunt was the only disappointment I’d stay again if I needed the service of a airport hotel in Charles De Gaulle

After a delayed arrival to the hotel, we had to wait in the ever growing queue for check in. There were only two staff on for the first half hour wait before finally they bought someone else on to man a third desk. The queue by this stage was well out the door. It took at least 45 mins for us to reach the front of the queue. The elevator key instructions weren’t explained to us so after finally getting checked in, we had to go back to reception get the key reprogrammed. There was only one towel in a room for two people and the telephone hadn’t been programmed so I had to do this before being able to call to find out the wifi code. There was no apology from staff on the 45 min wait and when I questioned her, she said this happens every night! Hence me not recommending this hotel. My travel companions were hungry n thirsty and as there was no mini bar or glasses in the room, they went downstairs to be served at the bar by one of the rudest staff members they’d ever come across in a hotel. She clearly didn’t want to be there or help her customers! On a positive, thd breakfast was fine tho when I advised the staff there was no milk in the coffee machine they just shrugged and said they knew! The room itself was modern and clean tho sound proofing not great. Not up to the holiday inn standard I have been used to in other countries!

Would definitely recommend and go back. Breakfast fabulous. Location good, away from major tourist traffic. Staff very helpful.
