Very friendly and helpful staff, the room have very interesting and fun decor. There is very precise control of temperature and lighting in the room via an iPad (color and brightness). The only thing is that the door for shower allow some water to leak out when showering.

Great location - close to two stations that take you anywhere in Paris. Very clean, staff present 24h and responds quickly to requests. Our sink was initially not draining but we called the front desk and maintenance came and addressed it the same evening.

Nice hotel but not for us. Think it is suited more for younger people. Why you would put a double bed sideways on and with no space around it and so that one person has to clamber over the other if you need to get out of bed whilst the other person is asleep is beyond us.

I think CitizenM Paris might be an unknown GEM. I had the absolute best stay there- not knowing what to expect at all. Located across the street from Gard De Leon, it felt so easy to get to all of the Parisian tourist destinations and the staff was incredibly helpful in planning my routes. My room was super cute and quiet. I would definitely stay here (or other citizenM's) after such a great experience.
