This property was close by dinning and shopping area. Métro and bus was very close. Great view of the Eiffel Tower from our room. Was nice to see it light up at night and wake up to it in the morning.

I wouldn’t stay there again. Unfriendly staff. Not the best location as I thought it would be especially as the metro is far from the hotel. Poor amenities , small rooms, old appliances.I asked for extra blankets was told the house keeping will get it the next day which never arrived. I would think one ca. get hotel/ apartment for over the price one pays this hotel.

Convenient location walking distance to Eiffel Tower, grocery store and restaurants. Poor and unhelpful service from staff. Extra charge for fresh towel €2 each, toilet paper. We (3) stayed for 5 nights. Cleaning service was once a week. So we didn’t have any cleaning or trash emptying during our stay. Extra cleaning service is charged €19. The AC in our living room was broken. Staff let us use the portable fans which was loud at night. The gym is ‘not’ a gym with humidity and a few rotting equipments…. Overall location is great! Service was 1*

The AC wasn’t working properly, but they did provide a fan, upon request, which was sufficient. There is a bus stop outside. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance. A few blocks away there are dining options, grocery store, and other neighborhood shops. Most attractions/sights required use of taxi or bolt. View (from 27th floor) was a track/basketball court, so not great. No room service. Otherwise, sufficient and clean for our 13 night stay.

The location is fantastic being within 20 minutes' walk from the Eiffel tower. There are food shops and restaurants nearby as well as tube and RER stations. The bed and sofa bed for the kids were very comfortable, apart from the plastic waterproof mattress protectors which, personally, make me sweat. The ventilation is rather noisy so we turned it off at night and as you can't open the windows it got a bit stuffy in the bedroom. The kitchen/dinner area is very handy for breakfast and/or a quick meal at home on occasion. We even had a slight view of the Eiffel tower! The staff were helpful and polite. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this aparthotel.

The room had broken dishwasher, clogged sink, broken iron table, missing bedding. No housekeeping staff and staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. The staff expectation was for guests to checkin, and if they find any problems then come all the way down to reception to report it. Not helpful at all if you are staying for a night.

Front desk personnel act like you are bothering them by asking questions. 100% unhelpful. Hotel management need to train their employees on the importance of going above a beyond to be helpful to their customers because we are what gets them paid! Too many nice hotels in the area for 350 Euro a night to be worse than average. 2-1/2 star hotel in the States

It was a very pleasant stay, the only annoying thing was the shower fixtures, the part for using the shower cannot be turned off completely so there is a waste of water from that side on the tub. The shower buttonusy he held for a while or else the water will come out fast on the part for the tub. But after a while, we got used to it. Brekky was chaotic on our first day so we only had brekky once there. The coffee machines in the front didn't work and hub had to line up for a while at the only working machine at the back of the breakfast room. So many kids were getting all the donuts and sweets so didn't get to taste them. For 19 euros we only had 2 croissants, a small serve of scrambled eggs, few pieces of tiny crispy bacon bits and juice. Not sure if these were worth 19 euros so I don't recommend their brekky.

The location is perfect you are a few blocks away from the tower, the Seine River, There is a Kmart in the corner, and a Monoprix (supermarket)a couple of blocks away, the room is quiet nice and has everything you need to cook , the tub was awesome after walking all day long, Iff you choose to stay in this hotel because of the pool just make sure it is available, they are remodeling or something and it was closed, they offered me coupons for a pool a short walk away but it was not what I expected, however I do recommend it and definitely hope to get back :)
