We choose this property to be as close as possible to Eiffel Tower, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel was just perfect, the view to the city was amazing and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also up to the standards with plenty of options. We loved this hotel and would definitely go back!

Room temperature too hot with no way to adjust. No top sheet provided so removed comforter from it's lighter cover and used that to sleep. General room cleanliness could be improved: Stains on carpet, small ants in washroom, wine bottle top (not ours) under the desk. Drying line in washroom removed/unavailable. Wake up function on phone unavailable for use and advised is not a service provided by hotel staff. Snack room available with microwave but without easy access to disposable utensils, plates or cups. Unable to purchase a la carte breakfast or dinner - only buffet type which had limited choices spread out over a noisy, large room. Only available luggage scale locked in luggage storage requiring staff access - not always readily available. No in room hand lotion provided - helpful during dry, winter weather. When requested some, staff brought up shower gel and shampoo.

It was our first time in Paris, the location we okay however the staff there was very rude, not welcoming g specially the ones in the main restaurant, it's like they don't want to be there, they don't assist you no proper service and no proper cleanliness, plus the breakfast was terrible, I wouldn't recommend booking a room with breakfast, the only good thing was the water bar

Excellent hotel. Clean, very comfortable and friendly. Staff were outstanding especially in the breakfast restaurant, lady whose parents were from the Cameroons, waitress in bar/ testaurant on Minday afternoon when we arrived and those in left luggage particularly Samir who went 'above and beyond' to be gelpful to us. Fabulous place will definitely stay again.

The breakfast appears to be a bit chaotic as so many people are filling up the room up and it was a bit difficult to access the food so it would be good to get two rooms ready with food before 6am. It would be great if you provide slippers and biscuits for a night snack. Apart from these minor points, we bith immensely enjoyed our stays. Thank you.

Honestly this is a 2 star hotel not a 4 star like they present it. Hair dryer old obsolete the ones from 20 years ago. Mine had holes in the hose. I have pictures. I requested to be serviced and I got from the receptionist a “maybe” and they didn’t have any more portable ones. I requested tape and I kind of fixed the hose to keep the hot air in. The mini fridge kind of broken. Between the closest plug to a mirror to style your hair were eight feet. It took me double the time that I usually take because I grab a curl in front of the mirror then get closer to the curler. I have pictures to support all these issues.

We enjoyed the breakfast menu , especially the egg making station. The rooms are decent size from a European standard. We picked the room with the two queen beds. The second queen bed is a pullout sofa bed. I didn’t appreciate the €125 for checking in 2.5 hours earlier . I guess my expectations are high when international travelers with kids arrive early . The location is great. It’s a walking distance to a lot of places .
