Wow!

This hotel is adorable. It’s clean, very modern the colors lightened our mood. There is ambiance we absolutely loved our 1 night stay. My daughter especially loved the black out curtains. Clean and out room was pretty quiet. The mattress id give 4/5 my back hurt upon waking up but seems to be only me as my daughter said she had no aches pains or anything else. I shaky need a very firm mattress which I can rarely find but I’ll def rebook this hotel it’s beautiful and dainty!

I had an early morning flight after a very quick trip to France. My stay at Citizens M was fantastic ! Access to terminal B the next mirning was seamless . A quick walk n the light rail. The entire experience was excellent.

First of all, the service was incredible. Prompt, friendly and kind, went above and beyond for everyone. Its quite the vibe of a hotel! The lounge was made to actually be used by the guests! Great seating with an amazing bartender. Food was excellent, room was perfect and I loved that i could use my phone as a remote for the air, lights and tv. Also an opyion to choose the mood for the room, which adjusted the lights and added some music.

I booked CitizenM at CDG for an overnight stay before my last leg home, and for that reason it worked great. That said, two of the three elevators were out of order and the room AC barely moved enough air to cool the room sufficiently during our one night booking. On the good side, the staff was excellent and breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Don't stay here for multiple nights, especially if you're planning to go to Paris because it's a distance and it's located literally on CDG grounds.

Perfect spot for a layover.

This is a perfect place to stay when traveling from Charles de Gaulle. It’s clean. It’s got great food at the restaurant and the staff are very nice and it’s got a nice vibe.

It was a windy day, and something kept knocking around near my room. It was a persistent sound. Sounded like something was loose and kept knocking back and forth. Kept me up all night. However, the staff was extremely concerned about this. I forget her name, but she was the one working 2pm on July 21st at the reception. If it wasnt for her, the experience would have been much worse, so thank you very much to her for offering some solution..
