Staff and room was fine, but the walls! You can hear everyone walking past, and this being a disney partnered hotel obviously there will be many children, so the running, yelling and jumping was awful at night and in the morning. Oh and they knocked on our door twice during our stay and they’d be laughing a couple doors down…. get y’all’s kids!! the shuttle was fine during the day but at night? good luck. but for free breakfast, shuttle and cheap nights, it’s not THAT bad, it’s not terrible but not great.

The shower was not usable during the trip unfortunately. When the shower was running the bath instantly began to fill with water and with 3 people wanting showers before departure, there was little time to inform anyone

The hotel in room amenities were non existent. The hotel also had a parking policy that was not explained clearly when booking which was €15 a day as we stayed 4 days thus was an unexpected bill. Also there was not kettle in the room and the bedding was minimal. They said they would rent us a coffee machine for our room but then we would have to use the vending machines for hot water €2.8 for a half cup. Very very disappointed as the hotel looks lovely. I will definitely never use this chain of hotels again or recommend them to anyone. Very poor.

Really basic facilities and accomodation - super no frills. Our room locked about an hour before check out and wouldn’t reopen, waited in line at reception for 30mins to speak to someone. Only ever 2 people on reception which wasn’t ever enough - either at check in or to assist with questions, need more staff and some training on customer service skills.

Room was nice and spacious although we arrive at 4.30pm (check in was 3pm) to be told our room wasnt ready and we had to wait in reception for an hour. Our room lock code also reset the next day and we couldnt get in our room so we had to go to reception again and wait 30 minutes to get it sorted. We had a €5 viucher for not getting our room cleaned but we we t at 3pm and the restaurant/cafe was closed so we didnt get to use it. Bus shuttle came often but as it is shared with 5 other hotels it was RAMMED everyday and had to wait 1hr to get back to the hotel
