We could not sleep at all for the first night stay and there was an ongoing noise from upstairs(The wind kept banging the window open and shut. ) but staff said they checked and could do nothing for us! Room facilities are poor like what I showed here the plug in the basin could not open to let water drain. Carpet are dirty.

Rooms nice but some sockets broken and upgrading required but nothing to complain about over all happy. Although being asked for €150 on arrival for a deposit without knowing this was a surprise. Might be good to prepare people for this added expense.

Rooms were great, needs were comfortable, plenty of space for family. My only complaint was during the week, the shuttle only came once an hour, so the busses were very full!

The property was extremely clean and all staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities in the room were great and the beds extremely comfy. The online downside was the shuttle bus being shared by multiple hotels meaning these were very busy coming home but this is not a reflection of the hotel.

The rooms could have been a bit cleaner, and the air circulation wasn’t great, it’s hard to imagine how warm it might get in the summer. We had to keep the window open, which unfortunately let in mosquitos. We requested a fan but didn’t end up receiving one. The hotel itself feels a little older and doesn’t quite match the photos online. Breakfast was fine, though the eggs were quite undercooked and the bacon a little too crispy, even for someone who usually enjoys it that way. Overall, it was an okay stay, though not quite worth the price we paid.
