The staff is exceptional here. They were helpful with our many questions always willing to help with a smile. The location is perfect. If you are planning to go to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame only a few minutes walk for each the Metro was just outside the door! I would stay here again.

The staff were not helpful and seemed a bit detached from the interests of the guests. They had appropriate greetings but did not extend themselves to provide information that was useful. I would stay here again, however, as we enjoyed the hotel and the location with the ease of access to taxis. Loved the Gothic district.

Had a nice stay at this hotel. It is under renovation, so the entrance was a little hard to find but the inside is well done and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, even for a group of 3. The location is excellent, just under 10 minute of a walk to the river, the Louvre, and rue de Montorgueil where there were lots of great places to eat and people watch. Would definitely stay at the hotel again!
