The front desk is very nice and facilites are clean even the free breakfast is very good. They even upgrade our room knowing that it’s our wedding anniversary. But a little disappointed to the driver of free shuttle transfer though it’s not his job to lift or carry our luggage to put inside the shuttle compartment It would be nice to give a helping hand specially the luggage is heavy to lift and the compartment is a little high lucky for me l’m with my husband we help each other to put the luggage but we see the other guest lady she’s alone with two luggage the driver just standing their watching only my husband just help her. And this driver also did not even say Hi or hello or goodbye. He should not be in the hotel industry job. Over all if you just need a clean relaxing hotel for a layover near the AirPort this is a best place ( there is a walking distance supermaket and few shops, mc donalds and restaurant)

With no AC in the small space we had to open the window. The patrons at the local pub went to 4am every morning. Closing the window stopped the noise but then after awhile the room became warm and stuffy.

The location is great and staff is super friendly, but the rooms are older than they look in the pictures and the sound insulation is very bad between the room I stayed in (on the ground floor) and both the elevators and the entrance lobby. I couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from the elevator and from people entering the lobby while laughing and talking; that room had quite a bad sound insulation.

Lovely, well located hotel. As with most Paris hotels rooms aren’t huge but our family room was cosy and well set up. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower so we saw the light show at night. The hotel is well located for cafes, shops and restaurants and really good for buses, metro and walking to local sights (Sacre Couer). Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is very good. Free water cooler in reception where you can get chilled still or fizzy water. One minor point about location is due to some ‘special adult stores’ not too far away, but not a big issue, can be a little noisy at night if you leave your windows open too. Lovely though, would highly recommend.

Convenient location, standard Paris hotel.

Lovely little hotel in the Pigalle district. What's not to love about the location? Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, shops closed on the Rue des Martyrs l, and walk down hill to Opera and the central district. Two metro stations close by for convenience. If you are used to North American style rooms you'll be in for a surprise z but otherwise this is a standard basic Paris hotel. Rooms are compact by utnvery functional. Shame the air-conditioning wasn't up to scratch in my room, but otherwise this did the job for a solo trip for 3 nights. Absolutely will stay again, if only for the location.

We felt safe as we walked around the area in the daytime. Piggale Metro station was just a few minutes walk away. The Metro system was easy to figure out and the attendants were helpful. The hotel staff were awesome—we will stay here again the next time we go to Paris!
