The staff was very accommodating and the pool was great. Everything else was just run down, dirty, and didn't work. I had to get three sets of keys as the first two didn't work. The TV remote didn't work. The toilet seat was barely attached, which the Manager himself came up and fixed, after I sat on hold for 15 minutes, hung up, and made my fourth trip to the office. The icing on the cake was that the air conditioning never really cooled the room off. Second year staying here, and probably my last.

Stay was great!! We stayed in a lakefront suite. Staff was helpful and very polite from the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to the housekeepers! The only discrepancies in the room was hard pillows and the wifi kept going in and out so we couldnt watch tv, however we didnt do much watching of tv anyway! The bloody marys and spinach empanadas were amazing! Calamari had good flavor however was alittle chewy. Overall our stay was a 4 out of 5 stars. We would recommend this hotel to others and plan to return in the future for sure!

This property is extremely dated. The room had mold on the wall in the kitchen .There was hair on the shower walls. The bedspread had stains, what looked like possibly blood - I'm sure it was not laundrred. I was not comfortable touching anything and was very glad we were only there for one night. However, credit where it's due, the front desk staff was nice.

Location is good to shopping, gas, and roads, the room door is missing both a chain and a peephole, maintenance says its not necessary but its a main road and gas station adjacent. Some rooms have this safety feature.

did not get to stay since they called me at 7:00 pm of the night of checkin to tell me that my reservation is cancelled because they have some facility issue. And no they will not make alternate arrangements. Ridiculous, if I had cancelled at 7:00 pm, I'd be charged for a night at minimum.

The assigned room had inhabitable conditions to rest with my family. My daughter had an episode of asthma because of a very strong mold odor.The walls of the building were black because of mold. The building was solitary.When I went to leave the room key the security man Robinson told me that I could leave the keys and gave me a list of hotels near because of the situation,he knew about that building. He told me the receptionist told him that the building had a huge problem. I solicited a total refund, because i left the key card and left the same day, but the receptionist told me that i had to send an email to the manager. i hope someone answers soon and the total refund.
