Check in was great! Very friendly informative woman who took the time to let us know all the eating options and entertainment options in the area for our 1 night stay. Upgraded our room from King to King Suite. Very kind of her, but she needed have bothered because the Suite was not fabulous. The sofa was so low we struggled to get out. The wall under window had a gap that seemed like a a/c unit had been removed and wall repaired. The bedroom had new flooring, not carpet. The bed not only moved across the floor, but squeaked so loud our neighbors must have thought we were having way more fun than we actually were. Beautiful upgrades to bathroom, lighted mirror, raised sink, new toilet - but why so low? And new tub with no grips for shower, too dangerous. Breakfast was excellent!

The walls are thin. I heard my neighbors until they went to bed at 1 am. For that reason, I probably won't stay again. But it was clean and nice.

It was very nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool was also quit nice and after a long drive was much needed to relax. I would have liked to have had some bacon for breakfast. My one and biggest concern is that there is no grip in the bottom of the bath tub. I slipped several times in the shower and thank God there was a rail I was able to grab ahold of. It happens quick and catches one quit off guard but I'm thankful that I was quick enough to reach for it but not everyone is though.

Staff was very pleasant and always helpful. Hotel was great and the game room was a great surprise. Outdoor grills came in handy and allowed us to grill and relax by the pool.

I liked the property very well. Quiet, except for the interstate hum, but that's not their fault. The only issue is the BR ceiling exhaust fan is very dirty. It could easily be cleaned, but shows neglect. Overall, very good.

Where did everyone go?

So, the hotel was fine, room was small but clean, they were obviously updating some things and there were places that were not done. Bed was fine and shower was good. My biggest issue is that there was no front desk coverage from 9pm on Saturday night until we left at a little after 9am Sunday morning (don't actually know when someone showed up as we had left) I feel like this is both unsafe and unhelpful if someone had come in after 9pm to check in. Breakfast in the morning was VERY limited as there was no one to stock anything. While there were heating trays for food and a place for bread, none of those things held any food. Disappointing overall.
