The shower had someone’s else hair in it and hair all over the floor.
Front desk staff welcoming and a huge help. Directed us to a lovely restaurant for dinner and asked all the right questions to get us set for the evening. We enjoy staying at this hotel each time we pass thru Rocky Mount
We stayed hrre one night before attending a graduation ceremony. Hotel was clean & comfortable. We waited at the front desk for several minutes until I peeked into the office. I think the Night clerk was texting or on her phone. Outside of that we had a positive experience.
I did not receive the room I was supposed to. I paid for a double king room with a sleep belt sofa when I got there, all they had available for me was a single king room that was half side of north size of the normal size because the stairway was there so two adults and a dog I had to sleep with my sister at 60 some years old because they would not give me another room when I entered the property and the door opened. I never got greeted with a hello or can I help you All? I was spoken to soon as the door open was do you have a reservation not hello nothing I’m very very disappointed because I like true hotels, but I will never stay in this one ever again, so whoever your manager, Miss Gibbs is she needs to go
The property was well-kept and clean and the staff was very polite and courteous.
The room was not the quality I expected. The floors were hard wood plank and sticky.
