Front desk staff nice and check in/out efficient. Only down sides room was a little dated, several outlets did not work, the heating unit very loud, asked for another set of clean washcloths and box of Kleenex that did not arrive and no granola bars at breakfast. The positive geographically accessible to several stores and again the staff was nice.

Country Inn & Suites have always been one of my favorite places to stay due to their amazing breakfast. This one was so disappointing, it has definitely changed my opinion for future bookings at this hotel chain. The bathrooms are a bit old, ours had broken tiles on the floor, we covered with towels so we didn't cut our feet. By the time we managed to get hot water in the morning, there was only enough time for 1 of a party of 3 to shower before checkout. The a/c is not controlled by you, I kept turning off the heat, had it on cool, and the heat still kept running, it was a miserable nights sleep. But, the staff was fantastic, easy parking. And the pizza joint in the same lot, Pino's, was amazing and convenient.

The rate for the room increased night on night something which wasn’t told to me when checking in would happen. Awful treatment by staff when I asked about this issue. I called every day following my visit for 4 days and each day got told the manager would call me. Each day they had an excuse why he didn’t. He still has never called. If I was told when checking in it would be something I could have made a decision about but it has now become a budget busting issue I had no prior warning of. Daylight robbery.
