Your staff was great - the front check in could have been quicker but your staff helped multiple customers and everyone left happy. The room was great- my only suggestion is maybe re-caulking the bathtub as it looked moldy- but overall we will be coming back as we stay at your hotel annually. Thanks !

Room was nice and clean they updated since we've been there a year ago the couches and tables were updated and new. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing which wasn't hotels fault but the 1st night there the big pool and waterslide were closed due to someone pooping in it. Next day hot tub was closed. It would be nice if there were staff to regulate in the area better. We never got to use the hot tub because there were always kids in it. Also we were on 2nd floor and elevator wasn't working vending machine didn't work either and only some of the arcade games worked
