Room was great very clean, staff was very attentive in common areas keeping floors clean as there was a snow storm prior to our checkin. Small inconvenience is that we missed the small print about the $50 incident waiver that is charged upon check in since the site now shows you PAY THIS TOTAL and it was not included, now I am waiting for it to be refunded. So I was surprised to see a different amount on my CC.
