Advertised continental breakfast.

Staff and facility was very friendly and clean. Only one issue was the continental breakfast. They’re wasn’t any. Both waffle makers were not working. Had cereal and coughing and juice if you wanted it.

After traveling almost 4 hours, we arrived at the hotel. Upon arrival I asked the clerk to do a room inspection to ensure it was up to par and she agreed we could. My husband and I entered the room and I was met by a German roach hanging on the refrigerator near the microwave area. We immediately pulled back the covers and saw multiple hairs on both beds, stains, and burn marks on the sheets. There was also unclean surfaces and grime on the microwave and on top of the refrigerator/ handles. Needless to say you both agreed that we were not staying anywhere like that with our family and went back to the clerk and showed her the pictures we took and asked for a refund. She did try to offer us a new room, but we felt like if they couldn’t get the room, we reserved three days prior clean incorrect a new room will not also be up to our standards. I believe she was speaking to the manager while we were there because she said that my payment did not go through and I had to show her verification that my payment did go through or else she would’ve charged me twice for a room that we were not going to stay in; granted she did say it was a mistake on her end. The manager told her that we could not receive our refund then and we would have to go through the booking agency being Expedia to receive our refund. It’s been almost a week and I called to speak with the manager, but he was not in, I left a message and he hasn’t returned my phone call to resolve.

Walked un the room and a god awful smell slapped me in the face. The room looked like it hadnt been clean in months. The table and night stand had ashes all over it. And there were roaches crawling on the floor.

Decent location

We had an accessible room so the bathroom was quite large, but had a tub which i found odd for being an accessible room. Also bathroom could be viewed from outside if curtain left open. Room overall was good and the clerk was really nice. Breakfast was decent with a waffel option. Bucees was close by as well

Stay clear

Exterior was deplorable. Water seeping through overhead walkway on to path to room. Room was not air conditioned upon entering and it was over 90 degrees. This must have been their attempt to save money on utilities. I had to lay on top of the bed sweating until the A/C finally caught up. My bedding had cigarette burns through sheet. Would have hated to see what a black light would have revealed. Stay clear of this place.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly. It's a pet friendly place. But the non-smoking room still reeked of smoke, and the breakfast was just waffles or cereal.
