An attendant wasn’t at the front desk to check us in. Had to call the hotel phone number, ended up leaving a message. We did receive a call back from what we think was either a manger or owner, not certain. Several minutes later an attendant arrived to the front desk. The heat wasn’t on at all in the room, and outside was 20 degrees, so the room was freezing. It took a few hours to reach 70 degrees in the room. Toilet seat was loose/broken. Bed was an old spring type. It was noisy and not comfortable.
