Plumbing issues, inspections done while rooms were occupied by guests which is illegal. Maintenance being done while rooms were occupied. Constantly harassing and calling the rooms over service animals being in said room requiring that guests pay pet deposit for service animals.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. First and foremost, I was never informed that the front desk closes at 10:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 10:15 PM, expecting a normal check-in, only to discover the building completely closed. Instead of a staffed desk, there’s a random phone mounted on the side of the building that you’re supposed to use to call someone to come down and check you in. This was not communicated anywhere during booking and is completely unacceptable, especially for travelers arriving late. After waiting in the cold, someone eventually came down and checked me in. Unfortunately, things went downhill immediately after entering the room. • The toilet did not flush at all • The bathroom light didn’t work, meaning there was no lighting whatsoever • The room door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, leaving a large gap where cold air was pouring in all night • The room itself felt unsafe, poorly maintained, and unclean Because the toilet wouldn’t flush, I was forced to smell my own waste all night long, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable under any circumstances. On top of that, I had to shower in complete darkness due to the broken bathroom light. I attempted multiple times to get help: • Called the after-hours number — no answer.

Okay when I first got here the TV didn't work and the heat wasn't working correctly but I explained to the explain to the manager about that and they immediately got on top of it the TV's working great the Heat's working fine the rooms are clean the people are friendly and it's a very quiet area I really had an enjoyable stay recommended for anybody

Okay so yeah like I had come in and everything was okay at first and then I started looking around there was no hand towels the TV would not work I didn't know what was wrong with it the Air does not get hot and the window does not lock I called someone down here about that and the lady was going to move me to another room but I was tired from where I was in the hospital so I told her to wait till today then today when I explained to the man after I paid another 70 some dollars they didn't even give me a discount for yesterday and I got no TV all day and was cold all day he said his people was going to fix it well guess what they didn't and it's still cold I would like to move rooms if possible if not

i understand these are rooms with kitchenettes but I stopped one overnight pit stop. Rooms nice enough but if you did not bring your own supplies, tea, coffee, milk, cream etc there was nothing in the room. No nearby breakfast place.

Everything was okay our 1st night! But we had to leave due to flooding in our room 124 Our truck had water half way up on the tires! It was very traumatic for both myself, my husband and our little dog! We walked through water up to our shorts to get in our truck!! We had no extra money to stay somewhere else! So we had to spend the night elsewhere so we were soaking wet and had to stay in our truck! We did drive back down to the hotel but the fire trucks had blocked off the entrance!

The Staff is made up of All Non English Speaking men. One of the magers checked me in, wouldn't say one word to me. Highly uncomfortable. I also find it frustrating that no cleaning of your room for multi night stay. Maybe once a week.
