Cool hotel with a neat atmosphere. Tasty breakfast. Friendly service. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. Cute and fun courtyard space. Little bar with pool and darts. Hotel was clean, but a little dated/worn. Overall, great stay. Would stay again.

Debacle reservation with a guarantee

I received a guarantee reservation stony Creek and when we arrived at the facility, they had sold our reservation to someone else. So they made it right and sent us to the Marriott Riverview in South Sioux City, Nebraska, however it was a little disheartening to be treated that way. Our family members were staying there and said they were not that impressed.

This is our go to place when passing through. We can always count on a great stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is always good. We also stop in their lounge for a drink.

This was by far the worst hotel room we stayed at during our vacation across the country. The front desk had no attendant upon arrival other questions and I waited over 20 minutes while the phone rang constantly. Arrival to our room there was no towels, dirty floors, wallpaper ripped by the king bed, chairs in the room looked dirty and falling apart, shower curtain had black tar looking streaks. Floors next to the tub nasty in one corner there was a white finger print. The hotel hallway was dirty needing vacuumed. Breakfast was great and the court yard is beautiful, I will not be returning to this hotel. We traveled with 2 little dogs but I don't feel we should have gotten a dirty ran down room just because we had dogs.

Lovely overnight

When we arrived it was very busy with lots of children noisily zooming around. I was a little concerned about getting a good night's sleep. However, our room was lovely. Clean,comfortable and quiet. I went downstairs briefly to ask a question and witnessed the staff very courteously handling a guest problem. Again, noisy with lots of young people having a good time both inside and outside in the patio/pool area. But thankfully quiet back in our room as we had been traveling all day and just wanted rest.

Front desk was very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside was the area where the hotel was located. There were people racing motorbikes outside late into the night so noise was a factor which was no fault of the hotel, but noisy nonetheless. Breakfast was good with a large selection.
