Good value in Casper!

Good location and great staff. Building and rooms are dated, and could probably use slightly better cleaning but still a good value for the price. Breakfast is very basic but the staff does a great job to keep it moving.

Receptionist was very friendly , helpful and approachable We appreciated the complimentary cheese and crackers in the food area when we arrived , breakfast was good and plentiful. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean , however, we noticed a few items missing that were listed as being in room, ie. Coffee maker, alarm clock , iron and ironing board . We Informed receptionist about these missing items who said all were removed recently, we feel the hotel website should be Updated to reflect this. Overall good value for what we paid . Hotel decor could with updating though

We stayed at this Super 8 before without any issues. However, we were given a room that had a bad smell. I mentioned it but was not given any solution to the problem. The sheets were clean and bathroom clean. However, it was hard to sleep for three nights with the bad odor. We didn’t complain because we made a commitment to do volunteer work in the area.

The staff was amazing very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. A great breakfast biscuits and gravy. Where can you go wrong? I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Oh don’t forget the popcorn and cheese and crackers for a night snack that they provide

It was conveniently located to family that we were visiting. The staff was friendly and the lobby was clean and inviting. Although, we did not have breakfast there were lots of choices.

The price did not match what was on the ad. It jummped $100.00 to 197.00 Too many hidden charges. Uncalled for.The photos about the upgrade did match. Furniture were old. There no updated outlets, but a small box that got my chromebook too hot, when charging. The mattress is old and makes sounds when you move. The parking lots needs more lighting. Its too dark.

We only stayed one of the 2 nights, I was happier to eat the cost of the 2nd night than stay there again. Neighbors were obviously smoking pot a couple of doors down, I told the desk clerk. When we came back it smelled like pot and deodorizing spray. The hotel is old, the world's loudest air conditioner did a poor job of keeping the room cool and had to be shut off just so we could sleep. Housekeeping was half hearted at best. Front of the light base clean..back of the light base real dusty. I wouldn't stay here again

The lady at the front desk was super nice, it was easy to find. The carpet could have been cleaner in our room, there was a Qtip under the edge of the bed that you could see from the room side, which shows attention to detail isn’t high. There was a very musty or urine smell in our room, so the price seemed really high for what you got.

Change of Plans

I had to extend my stay twice. The front desk folks were super nice & accommodating. They kept me in the same room, which I greatly appreciated. All staff were friendly. I'll stay there whenever I'm in Casper.
