Upon check in (45 minutes task). The desk gal was rude, irritated, and confused which room she put us in. We finally got the keys to rm 128, and had to go back to ask for towels and she claimed we were in the wrong room,and she had already taken towels to rm 213 whch she claimed was the room she assigned to us, but she wrote we were in 128, and even explained it was end of the hall, by the pool.And the key let us in without error. Upon entering we noticed black tape over the missing peep hole on the door, peep hile was completely missingThere was no privacy to the bathroom the lock was gone ,with a open hole where the door would latch shut, had to put a shoe against it to keep closed. The ceiling in the bathroom was wet,with crumbling dry wall which fell all over the sink in the middle of the night. (Pictures taken)towels were stained yellow like they were used and not washed. Pool was green with algae, like it was kept maintenence for a fish aquarium (noone used the pool)! The window was missing the screen and lock and you could crawl in if someone wanted too,(1st floor and also have pictures.) Lock was completely missing from inside to allow you to lock it for your safety. Over all condition of this hotel was awful, and the amount of money we paid was disheartening. 500 for 2 nights and we had to feel,unwelcomed, unsafe,and cautious for our health and safety. I hope someone does read this, and takes this serious. Thanks you for your time.
