The property needs maintenance and updates. Our exhaust fan in the bathroom wasn’t working. The motor on the fan was seized up so made a loud buzzing noise when turned on the light/ fan combo. The room and bathroom were dirty, especially the floors. The breakfast area was dirty and the supplies weren’t refilled in a timely manner. Won’t stay here again

Hvac didnt work. Wallpaper pealed. Hallway hasn't seen a carpet scrubber in years. Multiple cleaning carts left in hallway preventing smooth entry to lobby. Several rooms being cleaned left doors open revealing staff laying on bed watching tv. No washcloths and only 1 towel for 2 people in bathroom. Overall very shabby. Wont stay in any Days Inn again!

All of the light knobs had been removed and I needed to unscrew the light bulbs, the toilet paper holder was missing, the sheets had permanent black stains, the sheets had tears, and the TV only had on channel. Good thing I just needed to sleep.

The room was in bad shape. No security lock on door, lamp shade gone, toilet paper holder gone, one towel. Then the room next to us had people coming and going from 10pm until we left at 3am. No lock on the end of hotel building door allowed these people to come and go without needing a hotel key or pass front desk. I went to front desk at 2am when two of the "visitors" knocked on our door by mistake. I could not find anyone at the desk to speak to, despite yelling for help. After we departed I called to speak to a manager and was told the managers would be gone for 2 months

I had been driving all day and just wanted to watch a movie and sleep, but there was only one channel and the staff couldn't fix it 😕 😔 There was a long hair (not my color) on one of the pillows, and I was told no when I asked for a new room. I will never stay there again.

The bed sheets were full of hair. I think they were washed?… but the hair didn’t come off in the dryer?There was a microwave outside of our second floor room where people congregated and ate and were loud. Very difficult to sleep with so much noise.
