Hotels .com did not have my name spelled correctly which was unusual so when I arrived they dud not have my reservation 30 mi utes later they found it First time ever happened do not sure exactly what went wrong but they were quick to say third party fault regardless dud not like the way it was handled. By Marriott staff They were pleasant but should have offered better solution at first In end found reservation So all else was good

Unexpected trip

Overall, the stay was just ok. The shower and fridge did not work properly and I was really surprised there was no microwave in the room. Additionally, it appeared as if the room was not used in awhile and was not prepped for new guests.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I had in a terrible mood after a 4 and half hour drive in New Jersey traffic. The staff was warm and welcoming. As soon as I walked in the door I felt relaxed and comfortable.
