Room was nice Fees were very high and not communicated well when I booked the room Dining options were good but restaurant prices were extremely expensive. Couldn’t use the parking garage and have access to a cart to help load and unload luggage. Things are not communicated well and it is hard to navigate the area or even play the gambling games if you are not experienced in it. Most of the staff is nice but security personnel was very unfriendly except for the female staff. The options for television offered little to watch and you can’t leave the resort or they double charge you for parking. There are some shopping areas but nothing like what I would have expected. Pool waitress was very friendly and superb service. But again, male security officer was rude.

All of the renovations look beautiful!!! Food is great as well. The pool is excellent. Not thrilled with shower heads. Not good at all. Garbage outside of elevators always full as well. Still my favorite hotel to stay at!!!

Not "Wonderful" like the rating says!

We stayed for 4 days. The wait for the elevator at times was 15-25 minutes and you had to get on to a packed elevator at that point stopping at every floor because everyone else was trying to get on as well. The green flys by the pool were ridiculous. You didn't even know they were on you until they were biting you. The pillows are super thin and flimsy. Very uncomfortable. You have to pay $10 for parking anytime you want to leave and come back. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part except for the cage girl. She had an attitude for whatever reason. The rating says wonderful, but it just wasn't that great of an experience in my opinion!

Know what rooms are what

Ive never stayed here before but Oceans was sold out. Booked online and requested a room view of the water. When i got to check in i verified that if i could please have a room with water view, she assured me i would and that "this is a very nice room". Alot of rooms though were not ready and we were told we would get a text when it was so we walked to the pool and got a text an hr or so later. Got up to the room, it was a city view. Not what i asked for. Especially bc im a paying customer and not using comps i called downstairs and they assured me they would either get me a new room or compensate me somehow. Also after 2 hrs the AC was not cooling either. So went down, was told they couldnt do anything but give me a smoking room bc i booked on a third party site. I dont smoke, i hate it so why would i settle for a smoking room? Or, i could come back down the next day with all my things and try to get a new room later in the day once they are all cleaned. I was asked, "whats more important, the view or the smoking room?" What a hassle and im sorry but this wasnt my screw up, it was yours. So I stayed in the room with the city view where the air barely worked.
