Room was not ready, when we checked in we went to the room and it was not yet serviced. We had to go wait in line again and had to get a different room we were told we would receive a 25 credit that we didn't end up receiving. The rest of the stay was ok until I checked out and received my car from valet. The working handing my bags, put all the bags in the car for me, I didn’t realize my wife packed my wallet in my bag so I did not have cash in hand to give the bellhop. He began to make rude remarks at me and continued it in front of my wife after we got in the car. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional, I won’t be returning to Caesar’s again.
