Staff was professional & helpful. Another staff member or 2 to work the front desk at peak check-in and check-out times is advised. Maybe try to make the smoking rooms smell a little fresher if possible. ( Lysol or extra strength Febreeze?)

I requested a non smoking king room , the room stink with smoke and had 2 queen beds the people at counter basically told me too bad , very disappointed at the entire stay we paid double to stayvat ceasars and was a bad choice

Room was mostly clean: spots of 'something' on the bathroom floor. The door to the room had a huge gap at the bottom letting any noise in the hall right in. Nice place overall, gaming floor was pretty clean; not too many empties and ashtrays left around.

The woman that checked me in was HORRIBLE and rude. Not welcoming or accommodating at all, after I waited 30min on a line to check in and the desk continued to take VIP guests and let them cut the line. All to get to the desk and have someone be rude . She also held my card and ID in her hand and coughed into them as she spoke. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes, couldn’t escape the smell anywhere. There’s an abandoned mall inside this hotel and it seemed like a person was living inside with their beokngings. I will NEVER stay here again.

We paid for a non smoking room, after checking in we arrived to our room and it smelt like someone had just smoked a pack of cigarettes. Called the front desk and they said we needed to come down to change rooms. We brought all our bags back down, waited in line again and were told there was nothing they could do, all other rooms in our category were booked, they said we could upgrade to a suite but that would be over $200 more. This is completely unacceptable.

The resort was staffed appropriately, but they were extremely busy. There was a self-service kiosk that I used, but it was a waste of time. They offered me an upgrade and I selected it, but then it said it couldn't complete my reservation. So I basically lost my place in line and when I got to the front desk they couldn't honor the kiosk upgrade price. I upgraded anyway and the room and staff were all great. The casino did not smell as clean as some of the other casinos, but the location was still nice. I would stay here again for the service alone.
