Literally the WORST experience at a Caesars property I have EVER experienced. Booked 2 rooms, one had door open, dirty towels, bed disheveled. Not sure if anyone in there. Kind of scary. Took half an hour to go back down to check in where they down graded the room from ocean view to “garage” view. Clerk was rude, gave a curt “Sorry” and basically said whatev. Gave us $50 food voucher. But there are almost NO food options after midnight. Asked for a late check out because of the wasted time at check in. and all they said was “NO” we gave you a food voucher. I mean they downgraded the room I paid for because of their screw up. This is beyond unacceptable. I am an experienced traveler having stayed at many (including Caesars properties in Vegas and elsewhere). This was a clinic in how to alienate patrons. Do not waste your time with this place. I am absolutely disgusted by their lack of consideration for their customers. In the morning I needed a pen to write down some phone numbers. No pen in the room. When I asked the front desk for a pen I was told NO. A PEN? Come on, man. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in 30 years of traveling. Do not support property. Only positive experience was the bell staff that are working hard to survive this horrible corporation. Next night stayed at a nearby property that was a bit more $. Worth every penny to not have to stay at Caesar’s. Spend the extra $. You WILL thank me. Unbelievable. Sad.

The hotel and casino are beautiful. The hotel is mediocre really. The halls are not wide and remind you of amotel. The decor and the doors are old looking. The bad: First time in my life in any hotel i was given a room with no window, it had what i think was a window but it was securely covered with a “metal” cover that was permanent. The bathroom was terrible, not really clean but not dirty. There was a long black hair stuck to the soap and shampoo dispensers not my hair. The washing soap dispenser was empty so i had to use those dopey little soaps. THE SHOWER PRESSURE WAS TERRIBLE AND THE SHOWER HEAD WAS JUST ONE SETTING MAKING IT VERY HARD TO TAKE A SHOWER AND REACH ALL AREAS EASILY. Even the next day after house keeping dit the room the dispenser was empty. BUT THE LADIES THAT TOOK CARE OF MY ROOM DID A GREAT JOB. I spilled something on my bed and they replaced all the bedding. They dont have a poker room. Which forced me to go to tropicana to play. The good: I booked the room on friday at 2:15 pm For two nights fri and sat left sunday and got the room in north tower for about $405 taxes Included total for both nights. Great deal! The Holiday inn exp in Absecon just up the Road about $25 uber trip waned $395 for the Both nights. The casino and hotel are very nicely decorated reminded me of LAS VEGAS . Lots of food options though i didnt eat there. Staff were very friendly. The casino is the first casino at rhe end of the Atlantic city expy.

Our room was nothing like what was pictured online. We had a dark, cramped room with a very low ceiling and a tiny window which faced one of the inside lobbies. Bathroom was also very cramped and and showing its age/lack of maintenance. Light fixtures chrome hardware was all pitted and blemished. Mold was growing in the "hard-to-reach" areas. I literally sent friends and family side-by-side pictures of our actual accommodations compared to what was pictured online so they could get a good laugh.
