Clean room, cumfy beds, good shower. Hallways/lobby/ breakfast area very cool in morning. Didnt see hotwater option at breakfast to make the instant oatmeal, ate the protein instead. (due to food allergies, cant eat eggs or wheat). Great, friendly staff!

We dod not have breakfast. They dod not have our reservation, then the room we were in was not clean, toliet was vroken and no remote for the TV. The attendant was very nice and moved us to a new room that was very nice.

Spent $300 on a suite for my daughter’s birthday, when I arrived I was told my reservation wasn’t there. When I insisted that it was there, they finally found it but said I still owed (Expedia had already charged my card and taken it from my account). I showed them my bank statement and Expedia receipt showing that I paid, and they still said it wasn’t on their end and that I would have to pay. Tried to contact Expedia where I spent the whole time on the phone with them saying they would call the hotel to verify (which they did three times because I was in the lobby and heard the conversation). The Expedia customer rep then tried to transfer me multiple times when I said I wanted a refund because I already had to book a whole new room at the hotel and pay an EXTRA $300. When I asked for a refund, they said “let me contact the hotel” which I said “NO, that has already been done three times and I have been transferred twice”. I will never again book through Expedia, absolute nightmare to deal with this on my daughter’s birthday.

We stayed here about a year before this stay and within that year the facility has become worse. The wallpaper in are room was peeling off and there was holes in the drywall in the hallway. The staff was great and friendly but the facility needs some attention.

We love Stoney Creek

Stoney Creek is always our first chose when booking a hotel! The staff is polite and helpful every time. Breakfast is always good and the rooms are always clean. The indoor outdoor pool is one of our favorites! We will continue to use Stoney Creek whenever possible!
