Got to the property 2 hours after check in time plenty of time to have my room ready.. I did not get into my room until at least 10 no type of compensation for missing my dinner reservation staff had no idea why my room wasn’t ready never was told why they then proceeded to move my room to a different tower and a handicap room at that and was never even told I was going to be put in that room .. overall I love Mohegan sun but this was a experience I wish to never have again and was very surprised I didn’t even get some type of compensation for all these inconveniences

The place was big and clean and we would definitely go back but the TV in the room didn't work and they didn't fix it while we were there or give us a different room. They did gives us some money back on the room for the inconvenience.

This was the worst check in I've ever experienced, from the drive in, wait for valet, lack of staff at check in, and lack of directions on how to get to the room.... Otherwise I liked the room and thought it was very clean. The AC was off when we checked in and the temperature was nearing 80 degrees.
