Got charged $30 for 4 bottles of water. Room was close to a door that kept slamming all morning making it hard to sleep. Floor was dirty in the room and the pillows where uncomfortable. The free breakfast was bad as well.

We love this hotel, we stay here every time we visit Utah, this visit we met the General Manager and she was so polite and hospitable. We appreciated the warm welcome and her thoughtfulness to go above and beyond for my family of 7 on Halloween day when we checked in. We’ll definitely be staying here again and again!

The room had very little toilet paper and kleenex. I ran out. The bathroom had what appeared to be poop on the wall. The tub had some nasty stuff on it. Hairball on the floor and a piece of flooring coming up.. i asked for microwave popcorn and was told they had none, that they had popcorn for "special guests" was told I could go to the grocery store which I had just returned from.

Hotel was OK, ,the pool was closed the first day but reopened and the fitness room was small but had good machines and free weights. Breakfast was OK, went with the oatmeal but the bagels were stale. Also, the room had no toilet paper if you can believe that. It's right next to I-15 so you can hear the traffic flow but overall the hotel was quiet and located in a convenient place to my conference.
